We have a dedicated events team, state of the art audio and visual facilities and a brigade ran by our Head Chef who will design a bespoke menu around your personal preferences and seasonal ingredients that will match the mood of any occasion. 

We’ve created the perfect venue for corporate events in an out-of-town setting, it’s easy to access, has plenty of parking and the meeting room itself never fails to provide the wow factor! Our lunches, dinners, coffee and pastries are out of this world, you will never need to look anywhere else for your meeting room hire.

34 W has two meeting rooms and is situated close to Warwickshire Restaurants. It is a perfect commuter location for large parts of Leicestershire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands, with several hotels and B&Bs in the area, less than a mile from the M69 (which links that M6 to the M1) and the A5.

Venue Hire

Private Dining Leicestershire

Our private snug can host a small intimate gathering for up to 15ppl, it features 2 cosy booths and is separated by a step from the main restaurant, you and your guests can simply close the beautifully draped curtains and have complete privacy. The snug is perfect for private dining, business dinners or lunches or a celebration. 

Our bright and airy conservatory is a beautiful space for any celebration it features a fantastic atrium and a complete wall of bi fold doors which opens out onto our courtyard, is fitted with a state of the art screen and audio visual equipment and has its own outside cocktail bar; it can host up to 30ppl for a sit down meal, or combined with the courtyard up to 70ppl standing. The courtyard is canopy covered and has a soft seating area and on its own is the perfect location for any alfresco dining or celebration.

For those wishing to experience 34 W as if it was their own, we can offer exclusivity for you and your guests up to 150ppl

Meeting Rooms

We have 2 locations for meetings and conferences, our private snug which can host a sit down lunch or dinner up to 15ppl or 25ppl standing for a product launch. Our conservatory can host up to 28ppl seated either classroom or boardroom style, is fitted with a state of the art screen and audio visual equipment and is separated from the main restaurant. We have created flexible conference packages ranging from our exclusive blended coffee, tea and homemade pastries for a morning breakfast meeting to a full day package inclusive of a 3 course lunch and/or dinner.

We offer a variety of menus from afternoon tea, which includes tea/coffee, a delicate selection of finger sandwiches, homemade cakes and pastries to a more formal three course sit down meal. 
34 Windsor St can be hired exclusively and can comfortably accommodate 74 people for a sit down dinner or up to 100 people standing.  We also have separate private dining areas, our snug which can seat up to 15 people or 25 people standing and our conservatory which will seat 30 people or accommodate 50 people standing. 
Planning a farewell for a loved one can be a difficult time, our experienced, professional staff recognise the importance of such events and will provide a discreet, sympathetic and efficient service for the bereaved family during their difficult time.
